I’m back from my vacation, and it was a great success. The family had a wonderful time, and so did I. My daughter’s indoctrination as a Phillies fan continues apace.
I’m grateful for the time off from work this has afforded me, and that I was able to take it. I think I needed the distance to re-prioritize things and figure out how to care about and work on what actually matters.
On that note, the rewriting of “Python for Defenders” has commenced. There’s still time to submit your requests for what will be included, but here’s an important point: the new PFD (and really, all TTI courses for the forseeable future), will be text-based. Video production is not only incredibly laborious, I’m not actually certain people watch the videos all the way through. I’d rather write a solid text-based reference people can go back to as needed, rather than record, edit, and host hours of video.
Okay, enough ranting. Let’s hear those Ws and Gs!
