It is that time of week again.

Win: I successfully delivered my “Keeping your Humanity in the Age of AI” presentation to BSides Greenville. The organizers had to bring in more chairs for seating and there were some standing in the back and hallway. Lot of great questions and contacts afterwards.

Gratitude: I picked up Quirky Circuits for my son and I to play, it has been a blast and I think we will be upgrading to Robot Turtles or RoboRally soon.

Minor Ws this week. Making good progress on some IFIN projects, as well as rewriting Python for Defenders. In both cases, it felt really good to be just making stuff.

Grateful on this Labor Day weekend for the long history of organized labor. The heroes of that struggle don’t get memorials, but we all enjoy what they fought—and sometimes died—for.
